1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Green Spaces Property Maintenance website and the commercial grounds maintenance services we provide. By requesting a proposal, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Green Spaces provides structured commercial grounds maintenance, including lawn and turf care, garden and landscape maintenance, exterior property upkeep and related services as described on our Services pages, across Christchurch, Selwyn, Rolleston and wider Canterbury.
3. Quotes and Proposals
Quotes are based on the information and site access provided at the time of assessment. Pricing shown as “POA” (Price on Application) is indicative only, until a formal fixed-price proposal is issued following a site walk-through. Prices may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed.
4. Scheduling and Site Access
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property for scheduled visits. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance of any changes to a scheduled visit due to weather or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule (for example, monthly, fortnightly, or per visit) and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Either party may amend or cancel an ongoing maintenance agreement with reasonable written notice, as set out in the client’s service agreement.
7. Liability
While we take care to deliver services to a professional standard, Green Spaces is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except to the extent required by New Zealand law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services and may be updated without notice. You must not misuse this website, including by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by Green Spaces Property Maintenance unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
